Job Description
Odolution is seeking a detail-oriented Functional Project Controller to oversee and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with functional and technical teams, track timelines and budgets, manage risks, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost variances
- Maintain project schedules (WBS) and track progress
- Identify risks and support mitigation plans
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients
- Maintain quality standards throughout ERP implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
