Profile:
- Senior professional with over 7 years of experience in SAP;
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution and knowledge of SAP Customer Service;
- Proven track record in supporting business processes and solution adherence;
- Ability to design compliant enhancements and manage specifications;
- Technical knowledge to accelerate incident troubleshooting, including basic debugging and technical objects;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the domain team for knowledge sharing and risk identification;
- Promote global business processes and ensure compliance with documentation and policies;
- Detect risks and blockers proactively to safeguard delivery;
- Support business users and manage L2 escalations with root cause analysis and fixes;
- Prepare specifications for enhancement requests and hand over to offshore teams;
