Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Fundraising Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Third Place's mission through fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach.
- Assist in planning and executing annual fundraising campaigns, including online giving, donor appeals, and direct mail.
- Organize fundraising events from start to finish—managing logistics, timelines, vendors, volunteers, and post-event evaluations.
- Maintain and update donor databases and CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
- Draft donor acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and other communications.
- Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Monitor fundraising metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Support donor stewardship and help cultivate long-term engagement.
- Attend and host community events and festivals to promote fundraising efforts.
