Funds Operations Analyst

Our client is a leading global asset management firm with a strong presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to join their expanding operations team.

• Process and validate fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and NAV to ensure accuracy of fund accounting records
• Monitor settlement activities and liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports and assist with regulatory submissions in line with global standards
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk, and compliance teams to support smooth operational workflows
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation projects to enhance efficiency
