Become an integral part of CAE’s Defence & Security initiative as a G120TP Instructor Pilot. Deliver essential military aviation training through a mix of classroom, simulator, and live flight instruction.
In this role, you will prepare military aviators for critical missions, contributing to the education of RCAF pilots. Focused on aircraft type conversion, you will support the development and testing of training materials while ensuring a high standard of instructional delivery. Engaging students in various learning environments will be a key aspect of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training in classrooms, synthetics, and G120TP aircraft
• Uphold flying proficiency and meet outlined regulations
• Conduct training sorties adhering to RCAF guidelines
• Evaluate and assist in courseware development
• Create and present instructional briefings
