Job Description Support end-to-end game incubation process, including but not limited to developing and refining game mechanics, levels, systems, the iteration of game ideas and concepts, etc. Help gather, organize, and prioritize game concepts and ideas to assist with prototyping and development Assist in planning and executing playtesting sessions to gather feedback and iterate on game design Assist in managing multiple game development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with minimal issues Work closely with game developers and other stakeholders to support smooth communication and progress throughout the development cycle.
