The GBS Fraud Analyst serves as a key point of contact for both customers and field teams, supporting the identification and resolution of potentially fraudulent activities and situations. In this role, the analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners, including Corporate Security, Operations, GBS, and Business Development, to coordinate effective solutions and ensure timely support. This position is responsible for evaluating potentially high‑risk transactions, determining levels of exposure, and assessing the potential impact on both the company and its customers to support informed business decisions.
