Provide back -office support for billing and vendor management.
Document operational processes and ensure compliance with standards.
Basic QuickBooks knowledge.
Manage bills in QuickBooks.
Prepare and process payroll.
Categorize payments and transactions.
Provide sales assistance and support tasks.
Check and manage voicemails.
