Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer to join our Italian branch of a global organization. This role is important to using Generative AI (GenAI) to automate internal processes (i.e. reporting) and to develop AI-powered services for our customers. You will be passionate about prompt design, process optimization, and collaboration. You will report to the Information Technology and GenAI Director.
Main Responsibilities
Design and implement GenAI solutions for internal automation (e.g., reporting, invoicing) and customer-facing products.
Engineer, test, and improve prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA) to maximize accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Fine-tune and customize LLMs for business-specific applications.
Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI applications (e.g., GraphRAG, LangChain).
