The General Assistant must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines. There is a strong emphasis on customer service.Specific Responsibilities:Prepare bottle orders and sample preservatives for packing and shipping;Reviews and double checks bottle orders prepared by others for errors;Receive supplies and distribute to appropriate department;Inspect and lay out client samples as received;Label sample containers for processing;Provide excellent customer service to clients and couriers;Clean and pick up coolers from Sample Login;Maintain a clean work area;Sort and disposal of samples;Basic area cleaningProvide general assistanc...
