General Builder

Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a North Essex based Housing association who are recruiting for a full‑time General Builder more especially Plasterer Roofer on their Repairs and Voids team covering the Braintree and Halstead areas.

£23-24 per hour CIS.

37 hours per week – Monday – Friday

Company vehicle provided or mileage paid.

Initially on a 3 month temporary basis leading to a full time contract position.

Key Objectives Of Role

You will carry out works such as, but not restricted to plastering and roofing repairs work on social housing domestic properties.

• To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
• To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with the scheduling teams.
