Job Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical duties
Prepare, organize, and maintain filing/documentation systems
Assist in data entry and basic documentation
Answer phone calls and respond to emails/WhatsApp enquiries
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Assist in office administrative support tasks
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

文件整理、归档及资料输入
协助资料输入及基本文件处理
接听电话及回复电邮/WhatsApp咨询
与客户、供应商及内部部门协调沟通
处理办公室日常事务
完成上司安排的其他工作
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Able to communicate in English, and BM
Responsible, organized, and positive working attitude
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
