Morgan Consulting is delighted to partner exclusively a high-performance privately owned business consultancy (strategy + operations + execution) as they look to secure a General Manager to lead the next stage of growth and scale. The incumbent will be tasked with providing leadership, direction, and accountability across strategy, sales, operations, HR, events management, finance, content and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting through to the business owners, you will be accountable for the following:
- Own and execute the growth strategy (SME → enterprise)
- Lead sales pipeline, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations
- Oversee consulting delivery and client outcomes
- Build scalable frameworks, systems and internal ops
- Lead leaders across consulting, sales, operations, people & events
