Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive Operations experience within fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Proven P&L leadership experience with accountability for operational and financial performance

- Background supporting laboratory, testing, engineered products, or complex manufacturing operations
