Bachelor's degree; 15+ years of experience in rig management Supervisory experience
Must possess strong leadership skills, personality and decision making skills in order to lead company employees, effectively manage the division operations and conduct business with customers, regulators, communities and public officials.

Represents the company in all matters within the area of responsibility, to implement and administer company policy and procedures.
