SUMMARY
The General Repair Technician III is responsible for operating the facility, performing structured inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations. The Technician collaborates with all BGIS departments, ensuring full support of activities and a key role in our integrated approach to operating buildings.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety Ownership & Regulatory Compliance
- Comply with all internal and external health, safety, environmental, and fire protection requirements.
- Own safety measures for building equipment and secure operation of critical systems.
- Technical Leader & Oversight
- Perform regular inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
