General Worker/Operator

Responsibilities

General Worker Operator is responsible for operating various equipment and performing general labor tasks to support daily operations. Duties include loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with equipment setup and operation, and performing manual labor as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or equipment-operating role preferred
• Ability to operate machinery or willingness to learn
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow all safety guidelines
