Role: Genesys Senior Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Contract
Key Responsibilities
Miniumin -year project management experience. With minimum years of experience in Genesis technology.
Lead end to end planning and delivery of Genesis technical projects.
Coordinate cross functional teams such as client PMO team, data team, and business stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and scope changes.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.
Ensure technical feasibility, resource alignment, and adherence to governance or quality standards.
Utilize project management tools to track progress and drive accountability.
