George Inbound Supply Assistant - Lutterworth

Join our dynamic team as a George Inbound Supply Assistant, where you'll play a key role in maximizing intake into our clothing Distribution Centres (DCs) by working closely with stakeholders across George Supply, ALS, Merchandising, and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply, ALS, Merch, and 3PLs. Investigate and resolve internal queries to expedite goods receipt.
• Delivery Booking & Coordination: Use internal systems to identify and book purchase orders (POs) into relevant DCs. Ensure DC capacity is managed effectively. Liaise with stakeholders to arrange haulage for POs.
• Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with DC teams to ensure timely delivery and goods receipt. Investigate discrepancies in goods receipts. Support yard check reviews to manage container flow within DC capabilities.
