Lead and drive Virbac's commercial strategy in the farm animal segment through the sales, marketing, and technical teams. The goal is to increase product penetration and steadily grow the company's market share while maintaining commercial margins and EBIT objectives.

Responsibilities

Establish Virbac's commercial strategy for the next three years, as projected in the 3-Year Operating Plan (3 YOP) for the farm animal segment. Execute the budget and business unit plan for farm animals to achieve the established objectives. Agree upon and establish a work plan with the distribution channel, key accounts, and new channels in accordance with Virbac's commercial policies. Ensure the execution of global marketing plans.
