Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Wound Care & Primary Care (Long-Term Care)
Location: Kettering, OH
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care and primary medical services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to manage complex and chronic conditions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver wound care and primary care services to long-term care residents
Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with Ohio law
Order, review, and follow up on diagnostic tests and treatments
Stage pressure injuries according to NPIAP guidelines
