A well-established senior care community in Freehold, NJ is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a geriatric population. This role spans primary care, subacute, long-term care, and assisted living settings , offering a dynamic and meaningful clinical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous role , as you will serve as the sole provider onsite during scheduled days while working closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
Schedule- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Option to add Tuesday or Thursday at an additional nearby location
- Flexibility for part-time or expanded full-time schedule
