Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Strong knowledge of spatial data formats (Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, etc.)
· Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
· Good understanding of coordinate systems and projections.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Experience with drone image analysis or satellite imagery processing.
· Knowledge of Python for GIS automation.
· Experience in .NET Core / Java Spring Boot for GIS backend services.
· Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Geography, or related field.
· 1–6 years of hands-on GIS development experience.
· Experience with:
- ArcGIS / QGIS
- GeoServer or similar GIS servers
- PostGIS / SQL Server Spatial / Oracle Spatial
- JavaScript mapping libraries (Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox) ...
