Position Summary
We are hiring a part-time Glazier to join our team in Svalbard. As a Glazier you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass in various structures and buildings. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with the added benefit of accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut and install glass in windows, doors and other structures
- Repair or replace broken or cracked glass
- Install weather‑stripping around windows and doors to improve energy efficiency
- Use tools such as pliers, suction cups and glazing knives to remove old or broken glass
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Glazier
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
