We are hiring Customer Support Executives with minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process for a Work From Office role in Bangalore & Pune. The CTC offered is up to ₹5 LPA.

✅ Key Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / Customer Support

* Hands-on experience in Inbound Calls & Customer Handling

* Good understanding of SLA, KPA & KPI metrics

* Strong communication skills with neutral accent

* Experience in resolving customer queries efficiently

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel

* Graduate in any discipline

* 24×7 rotational shifts

* Work From Office – Bangalore & Pune
