Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equity programs using Shareworks
• Administer employee accounts and LTI grants
• Generate and analyze compensation and benefits reports
• Process global invoices and reconcile charges
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• 3+ years in Human Resources or compensation
• Proficient in Excel with large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills...
