Job Description
Enhance hardware provisioning and testing services as a Global Hardware Services Technician. Focus on quality control, field hardware analysis, and continuous improvement efforts in a supportive setting.
This role is vital for effective hardware management and testing support across diverse teams. You will ensure all testing is conducted per established procedures, analyze returned hardware, and implement improvements in service delivery. Collaboration with external vendors will also be a core part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct all QC tests according to guidelines
• Analyze and document hardware defects
• Update QC procedures with technical improvements
• Assist in safety and organizational policy enforcement
• Communicate maintenance needs for test setups
