Global Learning & Development Specialist

Recognised global company operating in engineering industry is looking for a Global Learning & Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team to boost learning and talent development programs based in Madrid covering international regions.

• Define with senior leadership and P&C Managers new strategies and learning & development programs
• Identify learning and talent gaps and propose and drive ad hoc solutions
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of L&D strategies
• Guide and support in assessment programs for individual and collective projects
• Deliver strong analysis based in data and elaborate reports and dashboards for the leadership team
• Supervise the training platforms to ensure the quality of content
• Budget management

• At least 6 years of experience working in global environments
• Experience with LMS and Power BI
