We’re hiring a highly organised Global Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Global Marketing and wider global team with the coordination of international congresses/events , diary management, admin support and cross-functional organisation. You’ll play a key part in keeping plans on track, stakeholders aligned and logistics running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Conferences, meetings & event coordination

• Support the planning and delivery of global congresses, advisory boards and internal meetings, including schedules, attendee coordination and follow-ups.
• Coordinate event logistics such as travel, booth set-up support, and preparation/shipment of materials
• Maintain clear, timely communication with organisers and internal stakeholders; support post-event evaluation and reporting.
