Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Purpose (mission)
Own, build, and operate the Quality Management System (QMS) for RIB aligned with ISO 9001 , embedding quality into processes, tools, and behaviors across functions (Product, Customer Satisfaction, Supplier Management, HR, etc.), and steering continuous improvement to measurable outcomes. Particular focus is placed on governing quality in an AI-augmented software development environment

Propose the Quality vision and objectives for RIB by clarifying what quality means for the company for validation by the VP ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy
