Part Time Global Service Desk Analyst
Location: Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or greater areas.
Integrated Global Services team seeks an experienced technical support professional to provide Tier I service to IT and communications systems, ensuring high‑quality customer service and assisting clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Submit fully documented customer issues into the ticket management system.
- Analyze symptoms, determine urgency, and provide resolution when possible.
- Dispatch incidents to Tier II support when first‑call resolution is not possible and manage incident through its lifecycle.
- Assist with internal and external escalations.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and collaborate with peers and leads.
