YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Select and approve suppliers together with Purchasing in line with PALFINGER standards, including the conclusion of quality assurance agreementsIntroduce and further develop suppliers regarding PALFINGER processes and quality requirements, including the definition of inspection and test plansPlan and support prototypes, first samples and pre-series phases, ensuring robust quality assurance measures for new products and relocation projectsConduct supplier audits (e.g. according to EN ISO ) and coordinate systematic process improvements between PALFINGER and external suppliersManage supplier-related complaints and warranty cases, including root cause analysis, definition and follow-up of corrective actions as well as monitoring of supplier quality KPIs YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
