Job Description
(
- Perform accurate data entry for inventory, orders, and shipment records
- Update and maintain documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and tracking logs
- Assist in monitoring supply chain activities (e.g., stock levels, order status, delivery schedules)
- Support the team with report preparation using Excel or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
