✅ OCDD / compliance-related tasks
✅ Payment scheduling & beneficiary management
✅ Cross-regional operational support Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in English & Simplified Mandarin
✔️ Good communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ 1 year experience in customer support / operations is an advantage
✔️ Overseas study/work exposure is a plus
