Cuso International is hiring a Global Talent Coordinator. This is a meaningful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR coordination, and global talent operations while supporting international volunteer and staff programs.
In this role, you will support recruitment and selection processes, coordinate onboarding activities, manage volunteer and employee data, assist with HR reporting, and contribute to internal events and administrative functions.
This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates with strong communication skills, an interest in HR or international development, and proficiency in both English and French are especially encouraged to apply.
