Global Transformation Programme Lead & Governance Director

Lonza is seeking a Senior Director, Programme Management & Governance Lead to oversee the Global Lonza Capability Centre transformation programme. Key responsibilities include orchestrating multiple workstreams, ensuring governance standards, and driving programme performance across global operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading enterprise transformations, particularly in regulated industries, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A Master’s degree and fluency in English are required.
