As a Mine Supervisor, you will report directly to the Mine Captain and oversee all underground operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will build and maintain a high-performance team, effectively steering daily activities to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate underground mining activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protocols
• Report on project progress and team communication
• Develop and refine underground operational procedures
• Cultivate positive working relationships across teams
Requirements:
• College diploma in mining technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in underground mining
