HireArt is helping our client, The PLUM Catalyst, find goMARTI Transit Supervisors to support the day-to-day operations of the goMARTI project in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. This full-time role combines team leadership and hands-on vehicle operation to help ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of micro-transit services.In this role, you’ll lead a team of 6-10 drivers while supporting daily transit operations using hybrid and electric vehicles, including vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps. As goMARTI is also a research initiative, you’ll contribute to operational documentation, reporting, and data collection efforts that support ongoing program analysis and development.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, highly organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable leading teams in a dynamic operational environment.
