Goods-in Supervisor - Peterborough (6am-2pm) - Up to £40,000
We are partnering with a well‑known industrial manufacturing business undergoing transformational changes. They are looking for a Goods‑in Supervisor to support the inbound warehouse team in Peterborough. This role offers a warehouse leader a chance to build leadership skills and drive changes with WMS systems and process improvements.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Managing the goods‑in shift for the warehouse (6am‑2pm), ensuring health and safety policies are set and adhered to, with good housekeeping practices
- Leading a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring KPIs are met and ensuring a smooth movement of goods
- Supporting WMS (Blue Yonder) system implementation, taking a proactive approach to process improvements
