ABCI is looking for an experienced Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator who takes pride in clean, accurate dirt work.

We are a respected civil construction contractor with steady local projects, long-term employees, and a strong reputation for quality. This is not a seat-filler position. We need a skilled operator who can run a blade, hold grade, work with the crew, and help finish jobs the right way.

What You'll Be Running

You'll operate a CAT M-Series motor grader on civil construction projects, performing fine grading, finish work, and production support. Trimble GPS experience is strongly preferred.
