Overview
WSP’s Middle East office offers a Graduate Project Management role in Sharjah for an Emirati graduate. The position provides hands‑on experience in project planning, execution, and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing project plans, timelines and documentation.
- Support day‑to‑day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and tracking deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues and dependencies.
- Conduct research, data gathering and analysis to support decision‑making.
- Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
