Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload grain and crop inputs daily
• Manage equipment operations, including blenders
• Complete general maintenance and housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
• Prior general labor experience is necessary
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Agricultural background is beneficial
