Responsibilities
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll take charge of our in‑store food service operations, overseeing well‑known brands such as Greggs, Burger King and Subway. You’ll ensure each outlet delivers a consistent, high‑quality experience that meets brand standards and exceeds customer expectations. You’ll lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing everything from staffing and compliance to customer service and operational efficiency.
