**Description**
**Position Summary:**
Provide landscape maintenance service to maintain and beautify Unity Village grounds. Responsible for operation and maintenance of landscape and farm machinery.
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Operate mowing equipment and do daily adjustments and maintenance. Push and tractor mowers. Operate power hand tools. Operate tractors, brush hog mowers, plows, discs, planters, chain saws.
2. Perform routine daily tasks including mowing, weed eating, planting and apply fertilizers or chemicals.
3. Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. – _this position is_ _not_ _a remote or telecommute position._
