Job Summary
The Group Accounting Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the accounting function across the Group, covering the main operating company and multiple startup or emerging businesses. This role ensures full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)/Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), maintains strong internal controls, and delivers accurate, timely, and decision-ready management reports to support strategic and operational leadership.
The role serves as a strategic finance partner to senior management, balancing governance, scalability, and business agility in a growing organization.
