Responsibilities

1. Strategic Mandate
   • Own theend-to-end supply chain strategyacross sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory for multi-brand, multi-format operations.
   • Translate business growth plans into ascalable, resilient supply networkthat protects margin, service levels, and brand standards.
2. Enterprise Governance & Control
   • Establishgroup-wide supply chain policies(procurement authority matrix, vendor governance, contract standards, risk thresholds).
   • Institutionalizedemand planning, S&OP, and inventory governanceacross 50 profit centers.
   • Leadaudit readinessfor procurement compliance, food safety traceability, and cost controls.
3. Commercial & Cost Leadership
   • Drivestrategic sourcing and category managementfor food, beverage, packaging, equipment, and services.
