Job Description
Groupe Dynamite is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Montréal who thrives on managing invoices and optimizing financial processes. This role is essential in keeping our financial activities accurate and timely.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our Finance team while processing supplier invoices in a fast-paced setting. Your efforts will help ensure rigorous compliance with taxes in both Canada and the U.S. Additionally, you will engage in month-end closing processes and make meaningful contributions to process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage high-volume supplier invoice processing • Oversee the complete Accounts Payable cycle • Calculate and ensure tax compliance • Follow up on discrepancies in supplier statements • Ensure proper expense allocation verification
Requirements: • DEC/AEC in Accounting, Administration, or related fields • 2-5 years in Accounts Payable, preferably retail • Excellent Excel and ERP skills • ...
