ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to own how Spellbook generates and scales enterprise pipelines, designing programs that reach the right buyers, create urgency, and translate directly into revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll build account-focused campaigns that work across email, events, content, paid media, and outbound, while partnering closely with Sales to make sure marketing activity turns into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals.

This is an ideal role for someone who has built demand gen programs that move enterprise buyers, knows how to work hand‑in‑hand with sales, and wants to own a pipeline and revenue number.
