About the Role

Alongside Uber Eats, we are launching Uber Direct in Finland. Uber Direct is our white‑label delivery service that enables merchants to offer fast, same‑day delivery from their own websites, apps, or stores — with no need for customers to use the Uber app.

You will own the initial GTM commercial strategy (pipeline creation and sales) for the market. As we launch our first merchants, you will then transition to also focus on scaling our merchants’ operations and driving long‑term commercial health of our partnerships. You will be the vital link that translates high‑level digital strategy into scalable, on‑the‑ground delivery operations.

Success here requires intrinsic drive to solve tough problems and the ability to influence and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
