Job Description
Join a pioneering firm and lead the charge in real estate investment opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area. As the Director of Investments and Development, you will influence a $6B+ platform focused on purpose-built rentals.
This is a newly established role reporting directly to the Vice President, Development & Construction. You will assess and advance development opportunities through a collaborative approach with consultants and teams while overseeing projects from early feasibility to execution.
Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and advance development initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Manage projects from feasibility to completion • Engage in complex financial modeling • Optimize capital structuring and entitlement processes
